‘Bayley Lane, Coventry’ [2007]
I have lovely memories of a family wedding at St. Mary’s Guildhall, to the left of the half-timbered building. On the other side of the lane is Coventry’s ancient mediaeval cathedral.
‘The Old Fire Station, Coventry’ [2007]
I’m always on the lookout for interesting fire stations as my youngest son is a London fire-fighter.
‘Down the Hill, Burford’
Burford is such a pretty Cotswold village, set on a steep hill. It was a lovely winter’s day exploring the Cotswolds; with all those beautiful colours, shapes and patterns on the houses.
‘Pub, Rye’
A great half-timbered place to stop for a drink, and so atmospheric too of times past with its cobbled street. How we wished we’d had our lunch here.
